Shipping Coverage

We deliver to eligible addresses within the United States where alcohol shipments are permitted by applicable local, state, and federal laws.

In certain locations, alcohol delivery restrictions may apply. If an order cannot be delivered directly to your address due to legal or carrier limitations, we will contact you with the available options and next steps.

Age Verification & Adult Signature

You must be of legal drinking age in your state to place an order with Harlem Discount Liquors.

A valid government-issued photo ID and an adult signature are required upon delivery.

Alcohol orders will not be delivered to minors and will never be left unattended.

If delivery cannot be completed because valid identification is not provided, no eligible adult is available to sign, the shipment is refused, or the recipient is underage, the package may be returned and additional charges may apply.

Order Processing Times

Orders are generally confirmed within 3 business days of purchase.

After confirmation, most orders are shipped within 8 business days.

Processing and shipping times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or other high-volume periods.

Shipping Methods & Product Restrictions

Alcohol orders are shipped by ground service only, unless otherwise permitted by law and carrier policy.

We do not ship products exceeding 70% ABV (140 proof), including high-proof grain alcohol.

Certain items may also be subject to carrier or destination restrictions and may not be eligible for shipment in some areas.

Weather & Temperature Notice

Shipping during periods of extreme heat or freezing temperatures may affect product quality. Customers may request a shipping delay until conditions are more suitable.

Harlem Discount Liquors is not responsible for damage or product quality issues caused by temperature fluctuations during transit.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address may be subject to return shipping charges.

If an order is cancelled because of address-related errors, a 10% processing fee may apply.

Product Availability & Order Adjustments

Product pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with available options, which may include:

• a full refund, or
• waiting up to 5 business days for the item to be restocked, where applicable

Packaging & Damaged Deliveries

We carefully package all orders using protective materials to help reduce the risk of breakage during transit.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of both the damaged item(s) and the packaging.

Depending on the situation, a refund or replacement may be offered after review and, where required, return of the damaged product.

Minor leakage is not covered. Significant damage will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations & Final Sale Terms

All alcohol sales are considered final sale where permitted by law.

Orders cancelled before shipment may qualify for a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
