Return & Refund Policy

At Harlem Discount Liquors, we comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the sale and delivery of beverage alcohol. Because alcohol is a regulated product, the following return and refund terms apply to all purchases.

All Alcohol Sales Are Final

Once an order has been shipped, all alcohol sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on alcoholic products except in the limited situations outlined in this policy.

Eligible Refund or Replacement Situations

Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with significant damage, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of:

• The damaged item(s)
• The shipping box
• The internal protective packaging

After reviewing the claim, Harlem Discount Liquors may approve a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Minor leakage, light cosmetic marks, or label imperfections are not eligible for refund or replacement.

2. Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that does not match your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Opened, partially consumed, or unopened alcohol products, except in verified damaged or incorrect item cases described above
• Orders that have already shipped, unless they qualify under an eligible refund situation
• Failed deliveries caused by missing age verification or unavailable adult signature
• Returns resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
• Damage or product issues caused by weather or temperature conditions during transit
• Clearance items, final sale products, promotional items, or gift cards

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled before shipment may qualify for a refund, less a 10% processing fee.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returned Shipments & Delivery Failures

If an order is returned because of:

• failed age verification,
• inability to obtain an adult signature, or
• an incorrect address entered at checkout,

the customer may be responsible for any return shipping and handling charges. Any refund issued may be reduced accordingly.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or card provider.

Legal Compliance & Age Requirement

By placing an order with Harlem Discount Liquors, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your state and are legally permitted to purchase alcohol.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not meet applicable alcohol laws, age-verification rules, or delivery requirements.
